Dave served an engineering apprenticeship, after which he moved into the Medical Device Manufacturing Industry, in which he has gained nineteen years experience.
He has gained experience in all areas of the industry particularly Manufacturing and Research and Development.
He joined the company in 2000 and has been involved in the development of the major investment and modernisation program of new manufacturing technologies, continuous improvement of existing processes and the development of new carbide burs.
