Laurie joined Prima Dental Group in 2006 as manufacturing manager. He is a Chartered Production Engineer with over forty years experience in manufacturing and design in the aircraft, electronics and aluminium extrusion industries in technical and operational directorship positions. Prior to joining Prima, he was a consultant and business adviser, working with small and medium sized businesses to achieve profitable growth. His main focus is on customer delivery performance, quality and the improvement in batch production systems and methods.
